Full-Brick Isolated DC/DC Converters for RF applications (500 to 700W)

We now offer five industry-standard full-bricks for use with base station power amplifiers and similar RF applications. These very high

efficiency converters offer power densities up to 158W/in3, and are rated for full power operation across a wide -40 to +100°C

temperature range. They all feature a low height option and wide output voltage adjustability to simplify design-in, and the 500W and

600W models offer a choice of input voltage ranges.

Notes:

(1) There are two height options available, the models with the suffix '-4' have a height of 0.40"

and the models with the suffix '-5' have a height of 0.50".

Options:

-5 Body height = 0.50" (12.70mm).

TThe standard product features standard clearance inserts. Threaded inserts can optionally

be specified, by adding the suffix 'T' to the part number, e.g. RFF600-48S28-5T.
