THE RATCHET ADJUSTER WHEEL SHOULD BE POSITIONED IN THE
CENTER INDENT (+/- ONE INDENT POSITION)
2. DO NOT SCALE THIS DRAWING.
3. REMOVE ALL BURRS, BREAK SHARP EDGES AND CORNERS
