Data Sheet June 2001 A1614W 1310 nm Wideband Wireless DFB Laser Modules Description The A1614W 1310 nm wideband wireless DFB laser modules are designed for anaolg applications requiring an operational bandwidth between 100 kHz and 2700 MHz. The highly linear, OC-48 pinout-compatible devices feature up to 16 mW output power with superior performance over an enhanced operating temperature range of -40 C to +85 C.
