General Description
The AHK660 is a monolithic, switched-capacitor
voltage converter able to either double or invert
an input voltage. Using two capacitors, it can
deliver 100mA. It features low quiescent current
and high efficiency over a large portion of its load
range make this device ideal for portable
applications.
The AHK660 integrates an oscillator, divide by
two and four Power MOSFETs. This in
combination with two low cost capacitors make up
a complete converter solution.
The AHK660 is available in a surface mount 8-pin
SOIC package.
