General Des cription
Tecc or manufactures 15 to 25 ampere (RMS ) rectifiers wit h volt -
ages rated fro m 50 to 800 volts. D ue to the electric ally-i solated
TO-220 package, these rectifiers may be used in common anode
or common cat hode circuits using only one part type, thereby
simp lif ying stock requirements.
Tecc or's si licon rectif iers featu re glass-passiva ted junctions to
ensure long term reliability and stability. In addition, glass offers a
rugged, reliable barrier against junction contaminat ion.

GENERAL NOTES
• Operating temperature range (TJ) is -40°C to +125°C.
• Storage temperature range (TS) is -40°C to +125°C.
• Lead solder temperature is a ma ximum of 230°C for 10 seconds
maximum at a minimum of 1/16" (1.59mm) from case.
• The case t empera ture (TC) is measured as shown on dimensional
outline drawings. See “Package Dimensions” section of this
catalog.
• Teccor' s electr ically-isolated TO -220 de vices wi ll withstan d a high
pot en t ia l tes t of 25 00 VAC RMS f rom l ea ds t o moun ti ng ta b ov er t he
operat ing temperature range.
• Typ ical Reverse Rec overy Time (trr) is 4µsec (Test condit ions =
0.9A forward current and 1.5A reverse current).
