s Product Brief TDA 5100 ASK/FSK Transmitter TDA 5100 The IC is a single chip ASK/FSK transmitter for the frequency bands 868-870 MHz and 433-435 MHz. The transmitter offers a high level of integration and needs only a few external components. The device contains a fully integrated VCO, a PLL synthesizer, a crystal oscillator with a divided clock output to drive a microcontroller and a power amplifier to drive a loop antenna. Additionally there is a power down feature to save battery life and a low voltage sensor which can be used to disable the power amplifier. The IC can be used for both ASK and FSK modulation.
