CS1102 white paper Ethernet to HomePlug Bridge The world's first single-chip Ethernet to HomePlug bridge for powerline networking, the CS1102 provides a highlyintegrated, low-power solution optimized for Ethernet to HomePlug adapters. The CS1102 integrates an Ethernet MAC, bridge function, and a HomePlug 1.0 MAC/PHY providing a reduced BOM. The addition of a 10/100 Ethernet PHY creates a complete Ethernet to HomePlug adapter. The CS1102 is OEM-configurable via Ethernet or JTAG.
