INNER SEALING SLEEVE, CRIMP SPLICE AND SEALING RINGS DIMENSIONS
MATERIALS
1. CABLE SEALING SLEEVE:
INSULATION SLEEVE: Heat-shrinkable, radiation cross-linked modified fluoropolymer. Color: black
MELTABLE INSERTS: Environment resistant modified thermoplastic fluoropolymer. Color: blue.
2. JUMPER BRAID: Nickel-plated copper alloy.
3. SOLDERSLEEVE:
INSULATION SLEEVE: Heat-shrinkable, transparent blue, radiation cross-linked modified fluoropolymer.
MELTABLE RINGS: Environment resistant modified thermoplastic fluoropolymer. Color: blue.
SOLDER PREFORM WITH FLUX:
SOLDER: TYPE Sn96 per ANSI / J-STD-006.
FLUX: TYPE ROH1 per ANSI / J-STD-004. Thermal indicator: color changes from orange to colorless.
NOTE: All sizes shall contain two solder rings except D-200-0237-HAF which shall contain one solder ring.
4. CRIMP SPLICE: Copper alloy per ASTM B75, C101 or C102, Nickel plated per SAE AMS-QQ-N-290, 300 to 500 micro-

5. SEALING SLEEVE CRIMP: Heat-shrinkable, transparent blue, radiation cross-linked modified fluoropolymer, containing two
environment resistant sealing rings. Transparent blue.
APPLICATION
1. These kits are designed to make an environment-resistant, 1 to 1 in-line splice in shielded single, twisted pair, trio and quad
cables, having nickel-plated conductors and insulations rated for 150°C minimum, and having a Ni-plated round or flat shield.
2. Temperature rating: -55°C to +200°C.
