SNAP-AIVRMS and SNAP-AIARMS module readings may

become fixed at -32768. The low scale for these modules is

zero, and they should not report negative values that are less

than 0.5% of full scale (-1.25 V for the SNAP-AIVRMS module,

and –50 mA for the SNAP-AIARMS module), unless there is

an error condition.

RESOLUTION

Module firmware has been updated to correct this problem. If you are experiencing the above symptoms,

contact Opto 22 Product Support to discuss a solution.
