2. Packaging
Use ESD PE Bags.
Storage
It’s recommended to store the products in the following conditions:
Humidity: 60 %RH Max.
Temperature: -40OC ~70 OC
Shelf life : 6 month at<40 OC and <60%RH.
Design Change Control Procedure
If there are reasons to make revisions in designs and manufacture
processes，it must base on following rules.
1. Scope of change
(1). Modify Design (Dimensions, Assembly Construction, shapes and etc…)
(2). Change parts and materials.
(3). Change vendors of parts and materials and etc…
(4). Change manufacture processes, conditions and etc…
(5). Change and modify manufacture instruments, mold and etc…
(6). Change measurement (Inspection) methods and criteria.
(7). Change label indications and package type.
(8). Any conclusions and documents that are discussed by both parties.
2. Change Notification and Approval
In case of the aforementioned change, HARVATEK CO., LTD., will provide
change documents and approval from Customer Upon receipt of this
change request, Customer shall notify HARVATEK CO., LTD., within 2
weeks. If it is necessary to prolong the response time, Customer shall
inform HARVATEK CO., LTD.,at its earliest convenient time.
3. Carry Out
After change is approved by Customer. HARVATEK CO., LTD., can
execute the approved changes and deliver new type units in appropriate
timeframe. For better identification, new type units will be labeled and
marked properly.
