Series 5025 offers single or double stacked header combinations in SMT
or Through Hole.
Also, this series meets the requirements of Ver. 4.2/PCMCIA Type I, II and
III equipment.
Upper and lower stage of header offers the combination of DIP/SMT and
DIP/DIP.

This is an SMT lightweight connector for 3.3v or 5v cards.
Height is 5.0mm (0.197), weight is under 10 grams (with single ejector
mechanism) which is one of the lightest available in this industry.
Dual type is 2 pcs, side-by-side configuration and you can choose
“With Ejector type” or “Without Ejector type”.
This meets the requirements of PCMCIA, Type I, II and III.

Top/Bottom cover has a unique patented interlocking mechanism, which
offers a Robust construction.
Complete I/O connection system is available.
Dedicated I/O connector offered with options of with/without co-axial
contacts or Blank I/O.

• The extended plastic bulge can be customized to suit
specific applications such as: WLAN, Bluetooth or GPRS
PC cards.
• The concepts can also be modified so that the design
engineer can incorporate SIM card or MMC connector
into the PC card.
• Elco frameless kit has been tested and approved by
IEEE802.11 standard by Elco end customers.
• Several other components such as antennas, LED’s,
light pipes and I/O connectors can be integrated into
the extension in order to meet specific customer needs.

SERIES 5610/5611/5612
Series 5610, 5611 and 5612 are memory card connectors
supporting Compact Flash. They are used for small portable
devices such as digital cameras, Notebook PC, PDA, etc.
Series 5610 consists of header and ejector, Series 5611 of
card receptacle connector and Series 5612 of card kit covers.
The header supports auto-mounting processes. It offers
many options of ejector-button position and customized
design. In addition to the normal and reverse type, standoff
type (H=0/H=2.0) can also be offered, which enables the
components to be mounted on the back side of card. The
connector used for card side has variations of straddle
mount type and single side mount type.

SERIES 6402
Series 6402 is a right-angle SMT connector, conforming to JEDEC standard of 8-byte S.O.
DIMM. It is a low cost type connector with plastic latch and has a wide variety of profile height
(4.0/5.2/5.6mm). Memory modules are firmly inserted and locked by two simple latches.

Series 6401 is a right-angle SMT connector, conforming to JEDEC MO-160 standard of
S.O. DIMM.
SERIES 6403
Series 6403 is a 144 positions straight SMT connector conforming to JEDEC standard of
8-byte S.O. DIMM and by both SMT and DIP type (Through Hole type).
(1) SMT and DIP are 3.3V and 5.0V type, respectively. They are also available with and with-
out boss.
(2) SMT type, whose attachment locations of metals on the left and right side are asymmet-
rically arranged, is equipped with strain reliefs to improve the peeling strength to the board.

Notice
The memory board shall be inserted and separated correctly, according to direction and process as shown below.
RIGHT ANGLE TYPE (6401/6402)
Method of Insertion
1. The memory board shall be inserted completely.
2. It shall be rotated.
3. It shall be pushed into the latch on both sides from upward.
Method of Separation
4. The latch on both sides shall be unlocked.
5. After the memory board rises, it shall be extracted.
STRAIGHT TYPE (6403)
Method of Insertion
1. The lever on both sides shall be unlocked and memory
board shall be inserted.
2. The memory board shall be inserted even the latch on
both sides shall be locked.
Method of Separation
3. The lever on both sides shall be unlocked.
4. The memory board shall be extracted.
