Fixed Types
These precision wirewound resistors are especially designed to meet a wide variety of
military, industrial and general consumer applications. They offer long life and extremely
reliable service. For use as voltage droppers, bias resistors and bleeders in applications
where resistance need not be varied. Feature fine alloy wire, wirewound on quality ceramic
cores and covered with vitreous enamel coatings Ñ the best conductor of heat for a material
which must also be a good electrical conductor. Resistance Tolerance: ±5% for values
1 ohm or higher. Wattage ratings are for use in free air. Mounting brackets sold separately.

Adjustable Types
For voltage dividing networks, power supplies, transmittersÐanywhere adjustable
resistance is required. These resistors feature fine alloy wire, precision wound on high
quality ceramic cores and insulated by vitreous enamel coatings. Slider lug included with
each resistor. Resistance Tolerance: ±10% of the total resistance value. Wattage rating
applied only when the entire resistance is in the circuit; with adjustable lug at intermediate
point, rating is reduced in the same proportion. Wattage ratings are for free air mounting.
