Description and Applications
M/A-COM’s ceramic packaged Zero Bias Detector
(ZBD) diodes are designed for use in video detec-
tors and power monitors eliminating the need to pro-
vide external DC bias to the diode. These devices
are usable through the Ku band freque ncy range.
