Cree’s EZBright™ LEDs are the next generation of solid-state LED emitters that combine highly efcient InGaN
materialswithCree’sproprietaryopticaldesignanddevicetechnologytodeliversuperiorvalueforhigh-intensityLEDs.
TheopticaldesignmaximizeslightextractionefciencyandenablesaLambertianradiationpattern.Additionally,these
LEDsaredieattachablewithconductiveepoxy,solderpasteorsolderpreforms,aswellastheuxeutecticmethod.
Theseverticallystructured,lowforwardvoltageLEDchipsareapproximately170micronsinheight.Cree’sEZ™chips
aretestedforconformitytoopticalandelectricalspecications.TheseLEDsareusefulinabroadrangeofapplications,
