In response to several cus-

tomers, the MT-RJ SECURE

product line has been

expanded with an addi-

tional six color/key versions.

In addition to the original

four colors (blue, green, red

and yellow), the six new

colors (brown, rose, aqua,

violet, slate and orange)

now make for ten variations.

In keeping with the MT-RJ

SECURE products features,

only plugs and jacks of the

same color will mate, and

none of the MT-RJ SECURE

products will mate with the

standard versions. A com-

plete line of jacks, cable

assemblies and colored

cables are available. For

more information see pages

64, 65, 101 and 102.

Tyco Electronics’ MT-RJ

optical patch panels

feature 24-port (48 fiber)

capacity in a 1U high rack

mounted enclosure and

offer twice the fiber density

of conventional patch

panels. Features include

pre-installed cable manage-

ment, rugged cable entry

strain relief, and a sliding,

tilt-out drawer for easy

termination of tight buffer or

loose tube cable. Adjustable

mounting brackets allow the

user to mount the enclosure

in forward, flush or recessed

positions. The patch panel

is supplied ready for MT-RJ

jack installation.
