Thanks to their very low input/output voltage drop, these devices are particularly suitable for battery-powered equipment, reducing consumption and prolonging battery-life. Each type employs internal current limiting, anti-saturation circuit, thermal shutdown and safe area protection. April 2015 This is information on a product in full production.
