SOLARLOK 1-rail Junction Box Assembly
(No Potting Version)
Introducing
The SOLARLOK 1-rail junction box is now available in a non-potted version. This new
1-rail product is designed to eliminate the need for potting 1-rail junction boxes. The
product is available in a no diode version and a blocking diode version. The assembly
comes with a small junction box, dual rated TE solar cable and our SOLARLOK
connector system.

MECHANICAL
• Allows decentralization of two foil leads to be put in separate locations on the
back of the PV panel
• Overall junction box size: 71 x 32 x 19 mm
• Operating and storage temperature: -40 °C to +85 °C
• Applicable cable: 4 mm2 (12 AWG)
• Foil termination to the contact tab uses a spring clamp (no soldering or
welding required)
ELECTRICAL
• Isc up to 25 A no diode, 3.2 A with blocking diode
• Rated system voltage: 1,000 V (TÜV), 600 V (UL)
• Includes a plus and minus assembly coming off the module
• Connectors rated at 25 A
