Capacitance change
Leakage current
The specifications listed at right shall be met when
the capacitors are restored to 20˚C after D.C. bias
plus rated ripple current is applied for 5000 hours
(2000 hours for φD=5 and 6.3, 3000 hours for φD=8,
4000 hours for φD=10), at 105˚C, the peak voltage
shall not exceed the rated voltage.
