DESCRIPTION
Thi s RoHS c ompl i ant transient voltage s uppress or seri es 5KP5.0 e3 - 5KP 250CAe3 pr ovides a
range of s tandoff voltage opt ions from 5.0 to 250V in both unid i r ectional and bidi r ecti onal
options. Clampi ng action is almos t in stantaneous. As a r esul t, they provide effec tive
protec tion from E SD and EF T per IEC 61000-4-2 and IEC61000-4-4, as well as t r ans i ent s
caused by inductive switching and RFI. They also protect from secondary lightning effects per
61000-4-5 at the clas s levels spec ified bel ow.
