DESCRIPTION
VTL5C9 has a 112 db dynamic range, fast response time, high dark resistance, but with a more shallow slope and lower “on”
resistance at l ow (1 mA) dr ive currents than the VTL 5C1. VTL510 offe rs a low “on” resistance at low drive currents, a fast response
tim e, and has a smal l er tem pera t ure coe f fic i e nt t ha n t he VTL5C9.
