Microsemi RF Products has a
complete product offering to cover the
cellular bands between 860 to 960
MHz. We offer discrete transistor
solutions to your base station needs.
The transistors were specifically
designed for Class AB, common
emitter operation for optimum linearity
performance. Broadband performance
is achieved by using internal input and
output matching. All Microsemi RF
Products transistors utilize gold
metalization for maximum reliability.
SATCOM Applications

Microsemi RF Products also offers a
complete product line of RF transistors
characterized for SATCOM applications
in the 1.5 to 1.7 GHz frequency band.
This lineup is designed for Inmarsat,
GPS and other L-Band satellite
applications. Internal input and output
matching networks are utilized to
provide the design engineer easier
broadband matching capability. Gold
metalization and emitter ballasting are
used to provide ruggedness and long
term reliability.
