DESCRIPTION
The SD1487 is a 12.5 V Class C epitaxial silicon
NPN planar transistor designed primarily for HF
communications. This device utilizes state-of-the-
art diffused emitter ballasting to achieve extreme
ruggedness under severe operating conditions.
