4-PLEX is a perfect solution for outlet scarce locations. This receptacle can be mounted on a single or 2-gang flush outlet box or on a non-
metallic portable box for temporary power applications. If mounted on a 4-inch square box, this product complies with NEC® Article 406.4
(B). Available in industrial grade, hospital grade, isolated ground and surge protected versions. Accessories include mounting plates and
portable outlet boxes.
