Ultra-Fas t Soft Recovery Diode Module
Description
Ultra-FRD module devices are optimized to reduce losses
and EMI/R FI in high frequency pow er condit ioning elect rica l sy stems.
These diode modules are ideally suited for power convert ers,
mot ors driv es and ot her applications where switching losses
are significant portion of the t otal losses.

Repetitive Reverse Voltage : VRRM = 1200V
Low Forward Volt age Drop : V F(typ. ) = 1.7V
