Description
The devices are manufactured in Planar
technology with “Base Island” layout. The
resulting transistor shows exceptional high gain
performance coupled with very low saturation
voltage. The PNP types are BD440 and BD442.

interconnect . The category of second level interconnect is marked on the
package and on the inner box label, in compliance with JEDEC Standard JESD97.
