The GMT232 (M22520/37-01) Hand Crimp Tool crimps low
prole environmental splices (M81824/1-xx). It is gaged with
the G411 (M22520/39-01) three-step GO/NO GO gage.
The GMT232 is the most popular tool to cover the range of
12 (yellow), 16 (blue), and 20 (red) splices for low prole
environmental splice applications. The GMT232 has a
locator which is congured to hold the splice in the correct
location while either wire is being terminated. The rugged
construction of this tool assures repeatability and long life
cycle.
DMC provides custom and standard crimp tools
manufactured to OEM or user requirements. The GMT232
is functionally similar to Tyco Electronics’s AD1377 and
AD1377S.
