DESCRIPTION
AMCOM'' s AM304031MM-QM is part of the GaAs MMIC power amplifier series. It has 33dB small signal
gain and 31dBm output power over the 3.0 to 4.0 GHz band. This series is in a plastic package with both
RF and DC leads at the bottom level of the package to facilitate low-cost SMT assembly to the PC board.
This MMIC works over a broad range of DC bias condition to suit various system operating conditions,
with Vd ranges from 5V to 7V and Id ranges from 400mA to 700mA.
