The STTH15AC0 6 uses ST Turbo 2 60 0 V
technol ogy and is suited as a boost di ode in air
cond itioning equ ipment for continuous mode
interleaved power factor correction.
The device is also intended for use as a
freewheeling diode in power supplies and other
power switching applications.
