T he Amplified line of middle pressure sensors is based upon a proprietary tec hnology to reduce errors. This
model provides a r atiometric 4-volt output with superior output c haracteristics. T he sensor housing has been
designed specifically to reduce errors associated with parasitic stress and strain. In addition the sensor utilizes a
silicon, micromac hined, stress concentration enhanced structure to provide a v ery linear output to measured
pressure.
These calibrated and temperature compensated sensors give an accurate and stable output over a wide
temperature r ange. Eac h sensor is internally compensated using an ASIC compensation technique. This series is
intended for use with non-corrosiv e, non-ionic working fluids suc h as air, dry gases and the like.
The output of the device is ratiometric to the supply voltage and operation from any D.C. supply voltage up to
+7 V is acceptable.
