NTC THERMISTOR
CASE PACKAGE FOR INRUSH CURRENT SUPPRESSION
The NTH5000 series effectively suppress rush currents which
arise when switching power regulators or similar switches are
turned on.

■Case type structure maintains lower surface temperature.
■Low surface temperature reduces the thermal effect on
peripheral components contacting it, thus allowing high
density assembling.
■The case type structure is ideal for large current
applications.
■The absence of soldering and resin coating on the NTC
element ensures long life.

failure of other circuit components
