The SMDAxx-6 series are monolithic transient voltage suppressor arrays that provides board level protecon for
standard TTL and MOS bus line applicaons against the damaging eects of ESD, terary lightning and switching
transients.
The SMDAxx-6 series has a peak pulse power rang of 300 Was for an 8/20µs waveshape. These devices meets the
IEC 61000-4-2, IEC 61000-4-4 and IEC 61000-4-5 requirements.

• Compable with IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT): 40A - 5/50ns
