DESCRIPTION
AMCOM’s AM182431MM-BM is part of the GaAs MMIC power amplifier series. It has 34dB gain and 31dBm
output power over the 1.8 to 2.4GHz band. This series is in a ceramic package with both RF and DC bias leads at
two ends of the package to facilitate low-cost SMT assembly to a PC board.
