DESCRIPTION:
The QS3LR384 provides a set of ten high-speed CMOS TTL-compatible
bus switches. Two banks of 5 switches are controlled by independent Bus
Enable (BE) signals. The very low RON resistance (2.5) of the QS3LR384
allows inputs to be connected without adding propagation delay and without
generating additional ground bounce noise.
The low ON resistance of the QS3LR384 makes it ideal for PCI hot-
plugging or hot-swapping applications.
The QS3LR384 is characterized for operation at -40°C to +85°C.

Undershoot clamp diodes on all switch and control pins

4. The bus s wi tch contributes no propagation delay other than the RC delay of the ON resis t ance of the switch and the load cap acitance. Since this
time c onstant is m uch smaller t han the rise and fall times of t ypical driv i ng signals, i t adds very little propagation delay to the system. Propagation
delay of t he bus switch, when used in a system, is determined by the driving circuit on the driving side of the swi t ch and its int eraction with t he l oad
on the driven side.
