Series 5602
Series 5602 is a two-piece 0.4mm pitch, PCB stacking
connector. Offered at a 1.5mm stack height, Series 5602 is
ideal for high density packaging applications.
Market applications include mobile PC’s, PDA’s, DVD, Cell
Phones and Digital Cameras.
FEATURES
0.4mm fine pitch and low profile connector, with stacking
height of 1.5mm. These features result in the highest density
stacking connector in the industry.
The connector design provides for an audible click, which
confirms that the contacts are properly mated.
Offered with, and without, metal strain relief and boss.
Designed to prevent solder wicking.
Enclosed SMT contacts, provide for high density routing, by
allowing traces to be located under the connector.
Ideal for FPC to PCB connections.
Compatible with high temperature, lead free, soldering
processes.
Packaging consists of 2,000 connectors per reel.

Series 5645 is 0.5mm pitch and 1.5mm mated height low-
profile board to board connector, designed for high density
mounting, especially for a need of low-profile mating.
FEATURES
Pitch is 0.5mm. Mated height is 1.5mm which is a low-profile
design. These features contribute to small sized board
design.
Low-profile, super compact and offers high reliability.
This product has a metal strain relief which improves board
peeling strength when soldered.
Connector design assists pre mating misalignment.
Designed for protecting soldering wicking.

market and designed especially for portable equipment.

5087 series is offered with strain relief, with or without vacu-
um tape.
Designed to have the strong resistance against torque forces
on mating area to achieve the high reliability in the natural fall
shock environment.

Series 5015
Series 5015 is the board to board connector system that sup-
ports the IEEE P-1386 standard for mezzanine card installation
in industrial computer applications including VME, Futurebus,
and other host boards. At 1.0mm pitch, the 64-position con-
nector can be used with standard PCI and S-Bus mezzanine
cards in 64 circuit combinations with mated heights of 8-15mm.
The IEEE P-1386 standard was developed to facilitate the use
of modular boards (called mezzanine cards) to add functionality
to VME bus systems, typically used in real time systems and
industrial computers. PCI was selected as the new auxiliary bus
structure because of its higher bandwidth, speed, and flexibility
for handling I/O functions. In addition, the chips, components,
and software for implementing the PCI standard were already in
wide use by the personal computer marketplace.
FEATURES

Flexible combination of plug with receptacle achieving a wide
variety of mated heights ranging from 8.0mm to 15.0mm.

The MOBO™ Series 9158 is a one-piece connector used to
connect two PCB’s within mobile phones, pagers, PDA’s,
security, hand held scanners, etc. in a cost-effective manner.
A standard range is available with 16, 20, 24 and 28 contacts
to suit stack heights of 1.90mm to 3.30mm. Other contact
variants are also available from 1.90mm to 5.10mm, in custom
housings. The SOLO STACKER™ can allow a spacing toler-
ance of up to ±0.30mm and still provide reliable connections
between the PCB’s, even if they are not parallel.
SOLO STACKER™ is designed for PCB surface mounting and
is supplied in tape and reel packaging. Gold plated pads on the
mating PCB provide connection between boards.
Whatever your requirements this SOLO STACKER™ can also
be customized to suit your application.
