Solid State Devices, Inc.’s revolutionary Sedpack design off ers a low cost,
high power hermetic package with many advantages over DO-4, DO-5
and TO-254 packages. Sedpacks exhibit exceptional electrical perfor-
mance and low thermal resistance in a much smaller package. e smaller
mounting area (≤0.193 in2), low weight (≤1.2 g), low package-to-die ratio
(~1.4:1), and low pro le (≤0.095”) compared to DO-4, DO-5 and TO-254 packages make it ideal for aerospace
applications or as building blocks for application speci c power modules.
