T he Amplified line of middle pressure sensors is based upon a proprietary package technology to reduce errors.
T his model pro vides a ratiometric 4-v olt output with superior output characteristics. T he sensor housing has been
designed specifically to reduce package induced par asitic stress and strain. In addition the sensor utilizes a
silicon, micromac hined, stress concentration enhanced structure to provide a v ery linear output to measured
pressure.
These calibrated and temperature compensated sensors give an accurate and stable output over a wide
temperature r ange. Eac h sensor is internally compensated using an ASIC compensation technique. This series is
intended for use with non-corrosiv e, non-ionic working fluids suc h as air, dry gases and the like.
T he output of the device is ratiometric to the supply voltage over a supply voltage r ange of 4.5 to 5.5 v olts.
