nThe self-healing and route choosing algorithms is
following the calculation of number of hops and radio
signal quality.
nEach wireless connection in a wireless mesh
network will have a "path score" to represent the
signal quality between nodes.
nA path score calculation includes RSSI , noise level
and bandwidth flow information.
nA number of hops from source to destination will be
minor considerati on in routing algorithm.

nMesh APs are set to periodically & proactively broadcast info.

nThe Mesh S tations those who are under the coverage of Mesh APs
can periodically generate a list of "path s core" .
nOnce a new "pat h sc ore" is generated and it’s better than the " pat h sc ore"
of current li nk , the Mes h S tation wi ll handover to another Mesh AP right
away without going the procedure of authenticati on & assoc i ation.
nThe reason that Mesh S tation doesn’t need to process the authent i c ation
& association at t he oc casion of eac h handover bec aus e those two steps
were done alr eady as the Mesh Stat ion joined t his Mesh System by
processing the registration.
