MATERIALS
1. INSULATION SLEEVE: Heat-shrinkable, transparent blue, radiation cross-linked modified polyvinylidene fluoride.
2. SOLDER PREFORM WITH FLUX:
SOLDER: TYPE Sn96 per ANSI-J-STD-006.
FLUX: TYPE ROM1 per ANSI-J-STD-004.
3. SHIELD: Solder impregnated, flux coated, tin plated copper braid.
SOLDER: TYPE Sn96 per ANSI-J-STD-006.
FLUX: TYPE ROM1 per ANSI-J-STD-004.
APPLICATION
1. These controlled soldering devices are designed for shield termination of a tin, silver or nickel plated shielded cable, having
an insulation rated for at least 125°C.
2. Temperature range: -55°C to +175°C.
3. Installation Procedure: RPIP-500-07.
