Due to their excellent electrical properties (star-quad with particularly low crosstalk), these cables can be used in virtually all applications normally requiring twisted-pair cables. 1) The shield in the Chainflex(R) Cables is slowly being changed from copper to tinned copper. As the stock levels of the copper shielded cables are depleted, they will be replaced with the tinned copper shield. Please be aware that we cannot predict the order in which the shielding will be replaced. This change is an upgrade in the quality of our cables. NOTE: The mentioned external diameters are maximum values.
