PRECISION VOLTAGE COMPARATOR NJM311 The NJM3I1 is a voltage comparator that has low input currents. It is also designed to operate covering a wider range of supply voltages: from standard +15 op amp supplies down to the single 5V supply used for IC logic. Its output is compatible with RTL, DTL and TTL as well as MOS circuits. Further more, it can drive lamps or relays, switching voltages up to 40V at currents as high as 50mA. Offset balancing is provided, and the outputs can be OR wired. @ Absolute Maximum Ratings (Ta=25C) @ Package Outline Supply Voltage VtiV- 364V (+18V) Ooutput to Negative Supply Voltage V7.4 40V Ground to Negative Supply Voltage Vi4 30V Differential Input Voltage Vp +30V weak Input Voltage Vin +15V (note 1) Power Dissipation Pp(D-Type) 500mW NUM311M (M-Type) 300mW west NUM31 TE Operating Temperature Range Topr 20~+75C Storage Temperature Range Tseg 40~ +4 125C (note 1) For supply voltage less than +15, the absolute input voltage is equall to the supply voltage. @ Electrical Characteristics (v-/v~=+15V.
