STripFET™ II Power MOSFET
General features
Exceptional dv/dt capability
100% avalanche tested
Description
This Power MOSFET series realized with
STMicroelectronics unique STripFET™ process
has specifically been designed to minimize input
capacitance and gate charge. It is therefore
suitable as primary switch in advanced high-
efficiency, high-frequency isolated DC-DC
converters for Telecom and Computer
applications. It is also intended for any
applications with low gate drive requirements.

4 Package mechanical data
In order to meet environmental requirements, ST offers these devices in ECOPACK®
packages. These packages have a Lead-free second level interconnect . The category of
second level interconnect is marked on the package and on the inner box label, in
compliance with JEDEC Standard JESD97. The maximum ratings related to soldering
conditions are also marked on the inner box label. ECOPACK is an ST trademark.
