Schutzfolie für den Touchscreen

Produktinformation

Diese Produktinformation gilt für Schutzfolien der SIMATIC-Geräte mit Touchscreen. Die Schutzfolie verhindert, dass der

Touchscreen des Geräts verschmutzt oder verkratzt wird. Die Schutzfolie ist selbsthaftend. Durch die matte Oberfläche der

Schutzfolie werden Reflexionen verringert. Die Schutzfolie beeinträchtigt die Bedienung des Touchscreen grundsätzlich

nicht. Gegebenenfalls müssen Sie etwas fester auf die Schutzfolie drücken, um eine Funktion auszulösen.

ACHTUNG

Längere direkte Sonneneinstrahlung

Längere Sonneneinstrahlung kann die Schutzfolie beschädigen.

Setzen Sie die Schutzfolie nicht für längere Zeit direktem Sonnenlicht aus. Lagern Sie die Schutzfolie möglichst an einem

dunklen Ort.

Schutzfolie anbringen

Gehen Sie wie folgt vor:

1. Schalten Sie das Gerät aus.

2. Reinigen Sie die Gerätefront mit einem weichen Tuch.

Verwenden Sie bei starker Verschmutzung ein handelsübliches mildes Reinigungsmittel.

3. Lösen Sie das Trägerpapier von der Rückseite der Schutzfolie.

4. Bringen Sie die Schutzfolie abhängig von der Display-Größe wie folgt plan auf der Gerätefront an:

Sie können die Schutzfolie abziehen, ohne dass Klebereste auf dem Touchscreen haften bleiben.

ACHTUNG

Beschädigung des Touchscreen

Scharfe Gegenstände können den Touchscreen des Geräts beschädigen.

Verwenden Sie zum Entfernen der Schutzfolie keinesfalls scharfe Gegenstände, z. B. Messer.

Protective foil for the touch screen

Product Information

This product information applies to protective foils for SIMATIC devices with a touch screen. The protective foil prevents the

device touch screen from getting dirty or scratched. The protective foil is self-adhesive. In addition, the matt surface of the

protective foil reduces reflections. The protective foil does not affect the operation of the touch screen. However, you might

have to press somewhat harder on the protective foil in order to trigger a function.

NOTICE

Extended periods of exposure to sun

Extended periods of exposure to sunlight can damage the protective foil.

Do not expose the protective foil to direct sunlight for extended periods of time. Store the protective foil in a dark location if

possible.

Attaching the protective foil

Proceed as follows:

1. Switch off the device.

2. Clean the front of the device with a soft cloth.

Use a regular mild household cleaning agent in the event of extensive soiling.

3. Remove the protective paper backing from the protective foil.

4. Depending on the display size, attach the protective foil flat to the front of the device as follows:
