Observe the safety instructions on the device and in the manual. * * The SIPIX Service Tool must be connected to the Internet An active cRSP connection 4.1 Desktop Sharing Desktop sharing gives the remote expert full access to the SIPIX Service Tool. Double-click on the "RC-HUB" icon on the home screen to start the collaboration software. The "SIEMENS Remote Collaboration - Field Engineer" website pops up automatically in the "Google Chrome" browser. This can take several minutes. 2. Wait for the return information from the remote expert ("waiting for expert"). 3. Only start the session on the SIPIX Service Tools website after the remote expert's prompt. The red dot in the tab signals the link build-up for the video/audio session. When the red dot lights up continuously, the collaboration session can begin. If the red dot does not appear, no audio/video source is available to the Google Chrome browser. Check Google Chrome content settings. 4. Click on the "Start Session" button. The remote expert will see the live stream of the SIPIX Service Tool. Note If the SIPIX Service Tool is not used for a certain time, the browser with the remote collaboration closes automatically due to data security and data protection requirements. In this case, repeat the above steps. Siemens Industry Mall 1. To turn on, press and hold the on/off button until the blue indicator lights up. 2. Enter the default login password "Siemens" in the text field of the Windows login and confirm with "Enter". 3. Immediately after first entry into service, change the Windows login password. 4. If you use a SIM card, enter the SIM card PIN after the Windows login. 3 1. Wait for the remote expert's access request after the remote expert has started desktop sharing. 2. When the remote expert's access request has been started, confirm it with the "Accept" button.
