This military grade device combines a high performance CMOS process with Electrically Erasable (E2) floating gate technology to provide the highest speed/power performance available in the 883 qualified PLD market. The GAL16V8D/883, at 7.5ns maximum propagation delay time, is the world's fastest military qualified CMOS PLD.
