Kabel konfektionieren
1. Setzen Sie den O-Ring (e) in die Nut des Schirmrings (d) ein.
2. Schieben Sie Druckschraube (a), Klemmkorb (b), Dichtring (c) und Schirmring (d)
mit eingesetztem O-Ring (e) über das Kabel.
3. Manteln Sie das Kabel und isolieren Sie die Adern nach Zeichnung ab.
4. Schlagen Sie den Kabelschirm über den Schirmring (d) um.
5. Setzen Sie die Isolierhülse (g) in die Kupplungshülse (f) ein.
6. Schieben Sie die Kupplungshülse (f) über die PROFIBUS-Adern und verschrauben Sie die Druckschraube
(a) fest.
7. Isolieren Sie ein 2,5 cm langes Stück Litze 0,75 mm² (k) nach Zeichnung an beiden Enden ab.
8. Versehen Sie das 5 mm lange Ende des vorbereiteten Litzenstücks mit einer Aderendhülse 0,75 mm² (m)
und verschrauben Sie es in Pin 5 (Schirmanschluss) des Buchsen- bzw. Steckereinsatzes (h/i).
9. Versehen Sie PROFIBUS-Litzenadern mit Aderendhülsen 0,5 mm². Schrauben Sie die grüne und die rote
PROFIBUS-Ader in den Schraubklemmen von Buchsen- bzw. Steckereinsatz (h/i) fest.
10. Legen Sie das andere Ende der Litze für den Schirmanschluss in eine der vier seitlichen Nuten des
Isolierkörpers.
11. Schieben Sie die Kupplungshülse (f) so auf den Buchsen- bzw. Steckereinsatz (h/i), dass der innenliegende
Metallsteg F1 die Schirmanschlusslitze in die Nut drückt und kontaktiert.
12. Verschrauben Sie die Kupplungshülse (f) mit dem Buchsen- bzw. Steckereinsatz (h/i).

Preparing the Cable
1. Fit the O-ring (e) into the groove of the shield ring (d).
2. Push the clamping screw (a), clamping basket (b), sealing ring (c) and shield ring (d)
with the fitted O-ring (e) over the cable.
3. Remove the jacket of the cable and strip the wires as shown in the diagram.
4. Fold the cable shield over the shield ring (d).
5. Fit the insulation sleeve (g) into the coupling sleeve (f).
6. Push the coupling sleeve (f) over the PROFIBUS wires and tighten the clamping screw (a).
7. Strip both ends of a separate 2.5 cm long piece of stranded cable 0.75 mm² (k) as shown in the diagram.
8. Fit a wire end ferrule 0.75 mm² (m) to the 5 mm long end of the prepared strands and screw it into pin 5
(shield contact) of the socket or connector insert (h/i).
9. Fit stranded PROFIBUS wires with wire end ferrules 0.5 mm². Screw the green and red PROFIBUS wires into
the screw clamps of socket or connector insert (h/i).
10. Place the other end of the stranded wire for the shield contact in one of the four grooves on the side of the
insulator body.
11. Push the coupling sleeve (f) onto the socket or connector insert (h/i) so that the metal bar F1 on the inner
side presses the shield contact wire into the groove to connect shield.
12. Screw the coupling sleeve (f) and the socket or connector insert together (h/i).
