The SD5000-LCC6 is a monolithic switch
featuring four individual double diffused
enhancement-mode MOSFET’s built on a
common substrate.
These Bi-directional devices provide low
on-resistance and low interelectrode
capacitances to minimize insertion loss
and crosstalk and have inbuilt Zener input
protection.
The device is manufactured using a lateral
construction to achieves low capacitance
and ultra-fast switching speeds.
