Ultra-Fas t Soft Recovery Diode Module
Description
Ultra-FRD module devices are optimized to reduce losses
and EMI/R FI in high frequency pow er condit ioning elect rica l sy stems.
These diode modules are ideally suited for power convert ers,
mot ors driv es and ot her applicat ions w here swit ching losses
are significant portion of the t otal losses.

Repetitive Reverse Voltage : VRRM = 600V
Low Forward Volt age D rop : V F(typ. ) = 1.5V
Average Forward Current : I F(AV.) = 150A @ Tc = 100
Ultra-Fast Reverse Recovery Time : trr(ty p. ) = 160 ns
