CONNECTOR APPLICATOR BASE Figure 1 2 PREPARATION The connector must be oriented as shown and the wires that should be terminated have to be prepared (on Figure 2 is represented the full wires case) Figure 2 3 POSITIONING The connector must be placed into the base as shown then the wires must be inserted into the proper holes of the connector fixing them into the external frictioning feature. Figure 4 5 TERMINATION BY CLAMPS The two parts of the applicator must be closed by appropriate clamps in order to establish the electrical connection. Figure 5 6 PUSHER UNLOCKING The pusher must be unlocked from the base and removed as shown. Figure 6 7 AFTER TERMINATION The terminated connector can be picked up from the base, as shown.
