Under development 4ch PWM Driver IC AN41050A n Overview AN41050A is a 4-channel driver IC designed for optical disks system such as CD and MD player. It has 3 PWM ( pulse width modulation) input channel and 1 linear input channel .With the implementation of PWM system,Low power consumption and small package are achieved. n Feature <CH1CH3> l PWM input, PWM output (PVCC1=6 V min 7 V typ 9 V max) l Low power consumption achieved by using DMOS output transistor. l Built-in booster circuit for DMOS drive. <CH4> l linear input, PWM output (PVCC2= 6 V min 7 Vtyp 13 V max) l Low power consumption achieved by using DMOS output transistor. l Built-in booster circuit for DMOS drive of only ch4. l Controllable carrier frequency by external capacitor adjustment (pin CT).
