Handling Instruction/ Montagehinweise:
...für den Kühlkörper ...to the heatsink
- die Montagefläche des Kühlkörpers muß
sauber und frei von Partikeln sein.
- the heatsink surface must be clean and
particleless.
- die Ebenheit muß < 0.05mm auf einer
Länge von 100mm sein.
- the flatness must be < 0.05mm for
100mm continous.
- die Rauhigkeit muß geringer als Rz <10
sein.
- the surface roughness must be Rz <10.
...für die Wärmeleitpaste ...to the thermal paste:
- homogene Verteilung der Wärmeleitpaste
auf der ganzen Modulbodenplatte mit
einer Dicke von 0.05mm.

Drehmoment festziehen.

possible tighten after three hours again).

35 N gedehnt bzw gestaucht werden.

be drawn or phused over ±0.2 mm or
loaded with bigger force than 35N.
- Die Pins dürfen bei einer max
Substratetemperatur von 100°C mit nicht
mehr als ±5 N auf Dauer belastet werden.
- At a maximum substrate-temperature of
100°C the load of the pin should not
exceed ±5N.
- Eine Vibrationsbelastung der Pins ist
unbedingt vermeiden.
- Vibration stress on pin is not allowed
